ICE Prosecutors RARELY Using Favorable Prosecutorial Discretion

In June 2011, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) announced it would not use its resources to deport “low priority” non-citizens, and would review existing deportation cases to determine which could be closed.
