Immigration in the Trump Administration

Pope’s Praise For Texas Nun Helping Immigrants

Pope Francis praised a Texas nun who helps immigrants.  Sister Norma Pimentel runs an immigrant welcome center near the Mexico border, in McAllen, Texas.  Her group provides immigrant families with showers, clothes, and medical and counseling services.  Read the story as reported by The Texas Standard.
